The Court reiterates the criterion for shared custody, namely: The needs of the child; the parental capacity to meet the needs of the child; the emotional relationship between the child and the parent and the members of the family; the stability of the child; the psychological environment of the child; the physical health of the child and the party claiming custody; the availability of the parents; the lifestyle of the parents if it has a direct impact on the child; keeping the siblings together; the wishes of the child; the attitude towards favoring a relationship with the other parent.
